Greek turkey burgers formed with spinach, red onion, feta, sun dried tomatoes, herbs, and an egg to hold it all together. Cooked on the grill, of course. 💁🏼♀️ (This one got a little charred but I don’t mind one bit!) They don’t look so pretty, but dang are they tasty! These go perfectly in a crunchy lettuce cup paired with some homemade tzatziki and red onions pickled in lemon juice. I ate the leftovers slider style for breakfast this morning. You could easily make these paleo or whole 30 by skipping the feta (a non-negotiable for me!!) and making your tzatziki with kitehillfoods or another brand of plain dairy-free yogurt.
