- 4–6 chicken breasts
- Â Half a lemon,
- 1 tsp oregano,
- 2 crushed garlic cloves,
- 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- Salt and pepper.
Ingredients for Flatbreads:
- 300g plain flour
- 50g butter
- 180g milk
- And a pinch of salt.
Ingredients for Tzatziki:⠀
- 4 tbsp Natural Yogurt
- 1/2 grated cucumber
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt and pepper.â €
Ingredients for Houmous:
- 400 g drained chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika, and 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- One smashed garlic clove.

- Using a rolling pin, pound the chicken until it’s flat between two sheets of clingfilm.
- Next, combine the marinade ingredients and generously cover the chicken.
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and as long as three hours.
- After that, heat the milk and butter together until the butter melts for the flatbreads.
- To make a dough, stir in the flour and a small amount of salt. After covering, refrigerate for half an hour.
- Mix the ingredients for Houmous in a blender. Transfer to a bowl.
- Using your hands, squeeze out as much water from the cucumber and mix it with all the remaining ingredients for Tzatziki. Transfer to a bowl.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips and sear them on a hot skillet, griddle, or grill for three minutes on each side. Put away.
