Gearing up for my 8th ever round of whole30! I’ve been in such a funk over the last year and my diet has suffered. Feelin’ eager for a reset and ready to focus on the habits that I know make me feel my best (diet and exercise).
Super proud of my breakfast and lunch meal prep for two for week one!
Breakfast bowls: applegate sugar free chicken breakfast sausage, potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Going to top with eggs, avocado and franksredhot.
Lunch: Greek salads with all the veggies, roasted chicken (still in the oven as I type this) and a yummy olive oil vinaigrette.
