For lunch today, I was feelin a lil sumpin light and fresh. This tuna cucumber avocado salad from natashaskitchen was just what ya girl needed. It’s a no-mayo, veggie-packed alternative to your average tuna salad. Plus it only has wholesome ingredients (tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper). And it’s chunky enough to eat with a fork, which makes it extra filling for me. You could also sub shredded chicken if tuna isn’t your thing!
