Finally got at home burgers right! Just don’t know how to make them pretty.
I make desserts for a restaurant that has been doing some events during my shift and I got to see how they plate them so they’re still hot when you eat. The key is preparation.
But I tried something different with my salad and I love it! We got some clementines that are super sweet so I very very lightly dressed the salad and let the fruit shine. It was perfect. I’m a sucker for gorgonzola and added that too.
Cast iron is the best way to do a burger 🔥 looks delicious!
