Eggy spicy chicken and udon noodles
When in doubt, just add noodles.
I had chicken and veggies that were about to to bad. So I marinated the chicken in spicy Korean bbq sauce, cooked those in a wok with frozen veggies and fresh mushrooms and asparagus. Added oyster sauce, hoisin, a little soy, mirin, rice wine, shrimp base, and chicken stock
Noodles added separately, eggs added at end. Should’ve just added them sooner since they were causing my noodles to over cook. Ended up microwaving in a bowl for the last 30 seconds.
