Chicken bacon gorgonzola pasta

Cook down mushroom, shallots, and garlic in butter. Add wine and once reduced add the cream and simmer until starting to thicken. Learn from my mistake and use a bigger pan 😅 then add gorgonzola and continue to simmer for a minute. I added some chicken I had cooked and some Costco cooked bacon before the pasta (and some pasta water).

Itll thicken as it cools too.

Not for those counting calories, but it’s so easy and comforting. Hopefully next time I’ll be more patient.
