Can’t imagine a better way to celebrate the 1st ever World PCOS Day (a day late, 9/1/2018) & PCOS Awareness month!! Running has helped me so much with keeping a mostly healthy lifestyle, training for races helps keep in a good mindset, and knowing that my body, even with PCOS, can get me across half marathon finish lines. After suffering from PCOS symptoms for many years, this is the strongest I have ever felt, since becoming a half marathoner! PCOS may come with a LOT of crappy symptoms, but I do not let it hold me back or define me. Happy PCOS Awareness month fellow cysters!!
