Calling all my hibachi lovers. I’ve got one for ya! Chicken skewers over all the veggies and super simple paleo yum yum sauce to boot! Drizzle low sodium soy sauce (coconut aminos for paleo/whole30), olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper over the chicken tenders directly into the package, cut them into 3rds, and skewer and grill them up. Next, I sautéed zucchini, carrots, onion, broccoli, and mushrooms with a squeeze of minced ginger, minced garlic, more soy and oil, a splash of fish sauce, and a splash of sesame oil. Adjust to taste. For the yum yum, ya just mix mayo (I used primalkitchenfoods), some gochujang, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder. I see many recipes use sriracha if you don’t keep fermented chili paste at home like me 😜 Sesame seeds and green onion for topping. Ya’ll, this meal is LEGIT! 👩🏼🍳
