Been using my instant pot this past week for some comfort food
1st pictures: Beef stew
Cheap cut of beef cut into squares and seasoned. Saute to brown them, I was lazy and sauteed my onions at the same time. I added the rest of the veggies/garlic and deglazed the bottom of the pot with some chicken stock. I added some fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage. Dried bay leaves and Beef bouillon. Pressure cooked for 45 minutes.

I’ve made this soup so many times, we never get tired of it. It’s Ina Gartens recipe which you can also find on previous posts if you don’t feel like googling
I store the noodles separately so they don’t get mushy. Such a great way to get some vegetables in
