Banoffee porridge😍 my favourite breakfast lately. I literally have this almost day at the moment.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oat milk
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. First mash the banana.
2. Add everything to a pot and bring to a boil.
3. Let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
4. Transfer to a bowl and too with any topping you like.
5. Enjoy 💚
