Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles and scallops for dinner tonight! I feel like I’m running on fumes trying to juggle everything this week, and a 20 minute dinner was everything I needed. Quick, easy, and delicious. My dog seems to approve, too! (Although to be fair, she’s on a special diet after some complicated oral surgery, so just about anything smells good to her right now).
