Air fryer pork ribs and steamed bao buns
My husband helped start the dough while I was at work. We used seonkyounglongest recipe for the buns.
The pork ribs were marinated in ginger teriyaki sauce with red pepper flakes for 30 minutes. I preheated the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F and brushed/flipped them at the 5 minute mark.
Toppings are coleslaw mix soaked in rice wine, Serrano pepper, cilantro, and peanuts.
I’ve been looking forward to thos meal all week. Love it! We’ll freeze the extra buns.
This was my husband’s first time making any kind of dough and he did a really good job!!
