Air fryer chicken legs and cast iron brussel sprouts. Trying to make some healthier food for my husband. I finished the chicken legs on the castiron because the place I moonlight at as a line cook grills their chicken wings after cooking and I wanted to try it. I finished mine in a sauce because I’m not calorie counting 😅
I soaked the brussel sprouts in water to clean them, but also because I wanted the water to help steam them on the castiron. I tossed them in 1tbsp lemon olive oil and kinders Mediterranean seasoning. I used a sheet pan to help trap in the heat. One flip halfway through and they were done in 10 minutes.
