After 5 long days, OUR POWER IS BACK AND WE ARE HOME!
Breakfast for 2 is prepped for week 2 of our whole30! 🙅🏼♀️🍳 My body has been craving more carbohydrate and rejecting eggs, so this was the perfect solution. Here we have breakfast bowls with chorizo, roasted baby potatoes, and crispy shaved brussel sprouts with a side of strawbs. I love the color and balance. Joey can top his with eggs in the morning. These are savory, flavorful, and perfectly filling!
For some reason, eggs and I are at an impasse. Unless they’re over easy on bread-which is not compliant with my boiled with everything seasoning or chili salt, or the wet scramble I make right off the stove, I want none of it. I gagged trying to eat Joe’s perfectly fine scrambled eggs this morning. Good thing there are no rules about what can and can’t be breakfast foods…so savory little meals it is!
