Stepping back and really appreciating all that I have accomplished with my run journey. There are constantly many internal thoughts I push through……not as fast as I could be, don’t look like a runner, or am I capable to push through my limits?!? BUT this is what strength looks like! After over a year of running, I have just started to hit paces I never thought possible, I am happier than ever running with groups, which I used to fear & avoid, and I feel stronger than ever & capable of pushing my highest limits. Progress does not happen overnight & I am here for the long run, literally! So excited to begin training for my 6th half marathon in a few weeks with a new & improved mindset!
