Fall is crock pot weather! I already had all the ingredients to make a chicken rice soup with fresh herbs. I was super busy yesterday, so this was a perfect meal that cooked itself while I did all my laundry, cleaning and other chores and enjoyed a day with my neighbor friends. Easy, and turned out great!
