A little wing plate to cure the Sunday snackies. I got plain unbreaded wings from the frozen section, thawed, rinsed, and patted them dry, then dusted them with salt, pepper, and flavorgod buffalo seasoning. I popped them in the air fryer for 10 minutes each side at 375. Last, I tossed them in just a little bit of thenewprimal medium buffalo sauce and plated them with some sliced veggies and tessemaes avocado ranch. These are SO crispy and delicious, with no oil and no added crap so I won’t feel slow or gross later. 🍗
