What else do you do when it is unseasonably warm outside but fire up the grill?! Greek turkey burgers on a lettuce wrap with Jerusalem salad and sweet potato fries. Topped with goodfoods plant based tzatziki and banana peppers. Sooo good. Burgers made with ground turkey, spinach, red onion, feta, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, an egg, and some almond flour to hold it together.
