My boyfriend and I made a “no phone” rule during dinner to make the most of our limited time together. The only downside is that I keep forgetting to post my squeaky clean meals. This delicious mess of a Saturday dinner includes bacon-wrapped scallops (I use toothpicks so I can do 1/2 slices of bacon), smashed multi-color baby potatoes, and steamed asparagus. Delicious, lean, and so easy to make. 🥓
