It’s a simple and delicious paleo chicken and broccoli stir fry made with nomnompaleo’s all purpose stir fry sauce recipe and sautéed broccoli, onion, and cubed chicken. You could use any veggies really, I just wanted to keep the ingredients minimal. Believe it or not, the sauce ingredients are always in my regular pantry stock so they didn’t count. Option to top with green onion and sesame seeds. This would also go well with rice or riced cauliflower-I just wanted to keep today’s menu light (and I have a love/hate relationship with cauli rice).
