Medium rare New York strip off the grill, steamed green beans, and a homemade herb butter made with rosemary from my garden and kerrygoldusa. Love putting a tsp of butter on top of the hot steak because it melts all over it and onto the plate. This creates perfect flavor for the steak and a delicious layer on the plate to dip the plain steamed green beans in 🥩 😋 Not eating carbs this week, and somehow I love our meals even better!
